What motivates you?
Motivation is like the spark that starts the engine running. Without motivation, that spark, that visualisation of what you want to achieve, its not going to happen. By setting yourself small achievable goals regularly you can keep you motivated as little by little you reach the smaller goals they lead to a greater overall goal.
Right place. Right time.
We can all suffer set backs, we can all fall off the wagon, we can all put off what we could do today for another day. Sometimes all we need is to hear the right thing at the right time and it will put us back on track or give us the desire to continue onwards. It's great to set goals but these need to be actioned to achieve them.
